What’s New at Options
Options is starting off the New Year with a new array of Childbirth Education Classes that are fun, free and informative. Bring your partner, bring a friend and learn how to get the birth experience you want.
New classes are forming in 2023. We’ll cover the gamut from what you’ll experience during each trimester of pregnancy, comfort during labor and childbirth, and breastfeeding techniques. Our Doula/Instructor and Lactation Consultant welcome your individual questions and concerns and both may be available for private consultation at your request.
